Each Voucher is signed and validated by me, and the registered holder reimbursed to the authorised face value when a whole and intact original registered voucher (no copies accepted) is surrendered together with proof of purchase of prints from their Art's Eye Photographic on-line gallery of a value equal to that of the face value of each voucher surrendered and each voucher may be used only once.

Example: if you purchase £25.50 worth of prints and surrender a voucher with a face value of £25 together with your proof of purchase which can be verified on-line, you will receive £25 cash back.  

As a gifted value to be redeemed against prints only, no partial refunds are available.  

The rights of the original purchaser are not affected as only the original purchaser may request a refund against an unused voucher, when also submitting the intact voucher together with their receipt as proof of purchase.

All vouchers issued and recorded as specific to the gifted party and are scanned prior to issue and embedded with a watermark for security purposes.  They may not be sold on or exchanged with a third party, or deemed valid tender for other services.

All bookings for the 1 hour Portrait sessions made without a GIFT TOKEN are subject to a £75.00 advanced booking charge of which £25.00 will be refunded in full and then only upon completion of the booked sitting. No refund will be made for a failure to keep your appointment and without prior notice to cancel of not less than 14 days. All location bookings subject to quotation.
